I saw Veer’s bets prior to the game and my first thought was whether there would be enough money to pay off the bets. Someone better get printing some more vBucks.

Kidding aside I think the software doesn't have enough cylinders in the cash register, to use a pre-computer age reference, to move to higher numbers, ie, additional digits. In The vBook the width provided for the bet amount appears to hold 19 digits to the left of the decimal. The Richest User List appears to have space for 22 digits to the left of the decimal. The software may not be able to record a larger number which exceeds the allotted space. The Richest User List could thus have the same issue.

I think the winners got the payouts as it registered on the bet statistics page. I'll won't be putting such high action bets down so the vbook doesn't cripple itself.

It’s about to get all Oprah giveaway in here. We should run a test thread for just veer to bet big and see where the cap is.

Not a bad idea honestly. Maybe someone can set it up and try. I am currently unable to help support the vbook but when I get back from deployment I will join back in to help out.

I think the max bet is this number 9223372036854775807. I kept getting a data base error each time I dropped this bet on Saturday even though I wanted to bet more. It happened on every vbookie event I used that amount. Which is what probably caused the glitch and didn't allow you to fellows to close those events.
Like I said before, it showed up in the bet statistics as a win and I got paid but didn't show up on the actual vbookie event as a win because I think there isn't enough space in the built into the programming of IE. Just my assumptions though.
