What lockout?? Ha.... I'm with you,being a transplanted midwesterner in the south the NBA has lost a lot of its luster. Here's my take... Playoffs are great, refs control the game, and just turn on every game at the 5 minute mark of the 4th quarter and enjoy.

My cousin is a concierge at Conseco in Indianapolis, so I'm happy she'll be getting her job back. I'm a marginal Pacers fan, at best.

For me, though, the NBA has lost its luster since the 90s. Maybe it was being a 10-15 year old kid, but that NBA on NBC theme music still gives me chills.

I hate the 2011 version of the NBA. It's just not something I enjoy keeping up with, anymore.
