Highly unlikely. :)

Not sure where the rally is at, but not in front of Dillon like last week.

They handed out noise maker balloons at the rally. It could get real loud tomorrow

I wanna know who the jackass was with the red flag which covered the stage the entire pep rally.

I'm pretty sure noise makers are not allowed in the stadium though boys. Sorry to burst your bubble. Can you imagine all the gray hairs having to deal with those? They will throw a fit.

Or the bigger jackass camera guy for not even trying to move away from the camera. Annoying.

The camera is locked down on a tripod. Possibly on a small riser or scaffold. No room to move ... trust me. I'd like to see some engineering students devise a portable, light weight stand they could use to give the camera operator a higher angle that could shoot over the banners and flags.

kind of awkward.

edit: obviously, it was an event for the students, not for the camera.

It would be pretty stupid to hand out thunder sticks at a pep rally and then not allow them in the stadium. I hope the ND I cheer for has more common sense than that.

Kelly said they would be used to beat Wolverines away with or something to that effect. Band director made some awesome jokes. Cheerleaders looked HOT from the tables towards Eddy Street Commons. I am pumped about the game.

I hope we destroy Michigan. I'll be at section 1, row 35, seats 29 and 30 if you want to come say hi...

Thundersticks will be at the game. Turn the page to a new era you conservative geezers. Kelly also said the new tradition will include players walking through the student section prior to games! Sweet! Allen said it was one of his fondest memories he thinks he'll remember since he's a senior. It must be pretty special.

Yeah, I thought there was a rule against noisemakers. I recall cowbells being banned because of some SEC team (Mississippi State?)

Let's just yell them back to Whoresville.

GREEN OUT!!!

Johnny, Johnny, Johnny: So glad to live, vicariously, your first trip to ND. If you get the chance, pause for a moment at the headstone/memorial for Holy Cross Hall where I spent two years. Ascend the hill, stand where the building used to stand and enjoy the view. Think of me sledding on a dining hall tray down a handmade "bobsled" track to a frozen St. Mary's lake - and breaking my right thumb on my last (midnight +) run of the night. Is the backstop for the softball field still standing?

Imagine the campus, and especially the road to St. Mary's, canopied with majestic elms. I miss the elms ... damn beetles!
