Jackson has been doing a darn good job, as I saw him destroy my bearcats. Is KMAC being gone going to hurt the team, or will others step up enough to offset the loss?
(BTW- I'M with Dickie V... give the kid a break!)

Kmac was a good player but tory jackson is just as good. Kmac could shoot better than Jackson, but Jackson has better ball control and speed. I dont think it will effect the team that much. If it does I will surprised. I say we get to sweet16 if we are lucky elite 8. im with you and Dickie V too though.

Yes, he is missed. TJ has done great but losing KM has been huge. Teams had to respect KM outside which opened up more room for the big guys down low. He also took pressure off of CF. Oh well, ND has a great chance to make the dance and hopefully they could put on a good run.

Of course he is missed. Whenever you lose quality players, you lose depth. This will be especially evident in the BE and NCAA tourney where you need a quality 6,7 and 8 man.

Jackons stepped up but now there's no 6th man of comparable ability. He and Kmac complemented each other. The starting 5 may be as strong as they were but the team is weakend. The grind of tourney play will take it's toll.

Jackson is doing a graet job for the Irish, he may not get as many points sometimes, but you'll have to admit his defense is stellar. He doesn't turn it over much, and can drive to the dish to pass it out to Falls in the corner for three. It may have hurt at first with KMac out, but Jackson is doing a nice job in his new role. It took him a while to get used to playing in college, he is just a freshman. I know he can score just give him a chance, they will go a ways in the tourney if Jackson takes care of the ball and doesn't turn it over much.

Jackson has had to learn a heck of a lot quicker than he would have. It may be good in the long run for Jackson, but in the short run, it hurt in a few games. Just having the depth would have been nice. and it is true, K Mac and Jackson are different players that bring different strengths to the team.

I think next season, it will be an advantage. Jackson will have more experience, and K Mac presumably will have a different outlook on the whole situation. This year, it may hurt.

Next year, they are gonna need both of them because Cincinnati is gonna be better! Go CATS! Ooh sorry, I should be rooting for ND in hoops.
