I just now finished the intelligently defended segment in which Cuban just won my vote vs. a pre-concocted Skip Bayless.

Wow.

Why didn't Cuban get to buy the Cubs, anyone?

WTF?

Cuban is a genius.

I never felt that way until now.

It's obvious he loves sports.

I'd love Cuban to be the owner of any team I'm a fan of. He goes all out to win, loves sports, and treats the fans great and the players like gods.

A lot of truth to this. It's why we see a dude like Bud Selig not only being the commish of their league, but running it for A LONG @ss time. Who was that sh!t show owner of the Expos that sold the team to MLB? Not only did he blatantly suck at it...but MLB welcomed him back with open arms as the owner of the Marlins...where he continued his sh!t show antics. That...and they gave him something like 30 million bucks as his new owner's share after the Expos/Natty's (the team he already mismanaged and sold) were sold by MLB.

A proven great pro team owner with literally a ton o' coin in his pocket like Cuban is not allowed though. That's MLB for you, ladies and gentlemen.

The owners are dumb for not letting him buy a team. I know the likely hood isn't that high but lets say he buys the Royals and starts bringing in top notch players that would be good for baseball and Kansas City.

I would have liked to see him get the Pirates myself (he tired that too)... that is prob the only team in all of sports that had not even tried to win at any point from 95 to 05... not once.

it's good to see them putting forth real effort in the front office over the past couple years, and we are already seeing the result...

that ball park is too beautiful to never see a winner.
