In a July 31, 2009, interview with Dan Le Batard, Jacory told the world that he will pick up his Heisman trophy wearing a pink suit and with a "pimp cup" in hand. He also earned himself a new nickname in this interview: Afro Butterfly.


God I hate him. He is a arrogant clown that will be cruising "little Havana" in 5 years on the back of a trash truck only to be throwing "GLAD trashbags" for first downs to the back of a truck.

By the way, we had a QB that played for us, he rolled up in a flashy suit and a hummer limo. He said he was going to win MULTIPLE National Championships.....

The funny thing is that Jacory might not start. Freshman Stephen Morris was noticeably better this year.

Very true, but he wasn't holding a pimp cup either. I wasn't posting here then, and I was rather put off by that spectacle. It's not saying he's going to win a Heisman that bothers me, it saying he's going to wear a pink suit with a Heisman trophy in one hand, and a pimp cup in another. Classless.

It's not that he wants to win the Heisman that's the issue. It's that he wants to hoist sports most prestigious award in the air decked out in a pink suit while holding a "pimp cup" in the opposite hand.

Jacory probably won't play, as I've said before. Stephen Morris was worlds better when he filled in for an injured Harris at the end of this year.

Jacory Harris posted 14 TD passes to 12 INTs. He's bad. He's thrown 36 picks in roughly two years of game action (he filled in for Robert Marve about halfway through 2008 and missed the last 1/3 or so of this season).

I had no idea he went to a Miami High School. And whats it have to do with being ghetto? If Andrew Luck said he wanted to hoist the Heisman holding a pimp cup, I would say the same thing. Why can't the kid just be a knucklehead for saying he wants to hoist the Heisman holding a pimp cup? Stop insinuating that I am saying this because he is from the "ghetto"...because we all know what that really means.

I didn't start a thread based on that article, you asked for a "credible" source. It backed up my claim that he said he was going to wear a pink suit, and hold a pimp cup.

What is so hard for you to understand? It is not appropriate to make statements like that. If it were a Notre Dame player, I would be saying the same thing.
