Is the Big 10 back as one of the top conferences? With BCS wins from Ohio State and Iowa, they are beginning to make a case. What does everyone else think?
the ACC sucks and Ohio St had a great gamplan for Oregon, i believe they held the ball for close to 40 minutes. They may be better but i wouldnt say they are back. LSU sucks so that game doesnt count
Yes, definitely coming back. Not all the way, but getting there... They are 4-3 in bowls, and there are some lacking teams. But let's not forget, Wisco had a real nice win over the U as well. I would say Big Ten "D" is back. They have effectively destroyed three of the more potent offenses in the NCAA - Oregon, Miami, and GT. Two spreads and a triple option.
I think the acc and pac 10 are weak this year. average teams beating eachother
Big 10 had a good bowl season. They got some favorable match ups and took advantage of the opportunities. Ohio State shot down the hyped up ducks and their bad D. Iowa added to the now putrid ACC's BCS record (2-10)
I think one could make a case for the Big 10 being the second best conference.
.
Boise called OSU to play them at OSU..... they declined, and instead decided to continue to battle the likes of Navy and Toledo for their nonconference games.
