Indiana football coach,Terry Hoeppner died today after complications from a brain tumor, he was 59 years old.

Sad day for football fans.

Terry was a great coach and a good man.

That win over Iowa was something special...it was great to see someone who struggled with their health get that amount of joy out of the game.

All I ever heard was great things about the man. Your program is a reflection of your coach and ever since Hoeppner was hired, I had the utmost respect for IU. He loved the game and he loved his players. He was just one of those guys who loved life and lived for the moment. Tough loss. My prayers are with his family and friends
