I’m with Toronto on this one. Biden wasn’t coherent enough to know what decisions were being made by those that were really in charge.

I’m with Toronto on this one. Biden wasn’t coherent enough to know what decisions were being made by those that were really in charge.
Don't try the vortex. I was talking about his lying. Joe was lying before Trump ever got into politics.

Just a few examples you can find with the google software.
Said he finished near the top of his class when he was near the bottom.
Said he was the first in the family to go to college, but talked about how his grandfather was an All American in college.
Said he was in a helicopter that got shot down in Afghanistan.
Said he taught political theory for four years at the University of Pennsylvania.

Trumps nefarious dealings are another topic.

The token tagline being copied by the entire left because their messaging is all identical is due process. The people who want open borders want each of these pricks to hold up a years-long court process before being removed.

Well that changes some things, but not the fact of the Trump admin ignoring court orders which is my biggest gripe.
I've seen some stuff talking about the timeline of the decision and flights and such. It looks like there might've been time to turn the flights around.

Even if I give the benefit of the doubt that there may have been confusion and the ability to quickly communicate the necessary information, it's still very problematic that we have Tom Homan saying “We’re not stopping. I don’t care what the judges think, I don’t care what the left thinks, we’re comin.’”

I get the fact that the Admin may totally believe that the Judges orders are pure bullshit, but you just can't choose to ignore the rulings. You appeal and go through the judicial process.

Hard pass. The left wants to get all of these people backlogged in court cases for years so they can get back in the office and just let all the gang members stay. Jam everything up in court and the deportation gets halted. Biden's migrant army stays. Plus, it's entirely lawful and it's just a lower judge who will get overturned anyway. It's not like Biden boasting of defying the Supreme Court.
These pricks came here the wrong way and fortunately, the law allows them to be kicked out this way.

I think they have a solid argument here about the deportation being in progress, so I don't see a problem here. When an activist judge tries to halt national policy like this guy did, the administration has a decision point. When it escalates any higher, I think they have to honor the ruling.

Some would argue this is not setting a precedent. That was just for handouts too, not even public safety.

The difference is that went thru courts and got stopped. And the loans that did get forgiven weren't illegal or anything

At certain point we have to put partisan sides down and worry about how everything effects the future. We're in our current situation because of this. It's been a lot of small things from both parties that got us into this situation.

Like the POTUS had completely abused his authority because he willfully violated the checks and balances of our country and shamed his office in an attempt to buy shameless votes with taxpayer money. It affirmed my view that Biden was a complete POS and so were the defenders of his actions. I later held the feeling but am open to the idea that it was a staffer with control over the autopen.

Again, it wasn't a lower court and it was blatantly unconstitutional. The two aren't the same.

If the administration chose to honor the current ruling (even if it's likely to be overturn) and pursue the judicial process, how much delay would it really cost?
