I think you have to be a member to actually have a custom avatar. Since i'm not a paying member, I can only upload ND related avatars. If this is what you want, follow these steps:

1) Scroll up to menu bar on top and Right Click "User CP" and Left Click "Open Link in New Window"

2) Scroll down to "Control Panel" on left hand side.

3) Click "Edit Avatar"

4) Pick whichever you want but dont forget to hit save!!
