I'm kind of suprised too, but I have to say I'm glad (and this isn't even about depth on the d-line or football or anything to me, it's about him as a person). You can compare it to K-Mac (which I think was overly harsh), but I guess they're not really the same offense. Also, none of us know all the details of the situation. I really am suprised though b/c usually anything involving sex is about the worse thing you can do when it comes to reslife.

Also, missing fall camp is a pretty big punishment in and of itself because it may take him a while (if every this season) to work himself into contention for getting any pt at all.

All said, I'm sure he's learned a lesson and comes back hungry to prove himself.

Charlie didn't really specify that it was a suspension. It could just be because he'll need that long to play himself back into shape after missing all of training camp. Weis was kind of vague about it.

Whoa. I'm pretty shocked too. I thought, due to the sexual nature of the offense, that the University would be sqeamish and suspend him for the season. After all they kick you out of the dorms if you're caught having sex.
