Julio Jones is all hype. He is was not even the besy reciever on his team last year. He is a glorified TE with no speed and i have yet to see him make any play that made me stop and go wow.

AJ Green probobly the best WR in the country absolute freak.

Michael Floyd is right up there but has been hurt by injuries and playing with Golden Tate

Baldwin is good but no i do not put him in the Green/Floyd catagory

Agreed on all points. J Jones can't hold Floyd's jock. I think that Floyd does get an invite to NY. Why? He is the best receiver in the country and he plays on NBC everyweek. He will catch an ASS of td's and look good doing it. I have more of a chance of winning the Heisman than Floyd has of coming back for a senior year. There is a chance in my mind that he is the #1 player taken overall. An in all of this i remain as always unbiased in my viewpoint.:)

A very unbiased assessment. :)

Just like Lou Holtz saying ND goes to a BCS in 2007.

I don't care I love Lou Holtz and if he wanted to he could live at my house for free forever. I friggin love Lou period, he is what being a die hard is all about and why us real fans are part of something special. Even though I never could have gotten into ND I still have the love for the program as does he and he's never afraid to stand by us and the Holy Mother.

1964-1987=23 years
1987-2010=23 years
Maybe just maybe!

I am telling you really JC should have gotten it last year if our Defense wasn't so putrid. Don't discount the talent of this kid he is REALLY talented and reminds me allot of a young TO

Dude. I doubt he really thought they would go to a BCS. Most of the stuff on that show is produced to insight arguments between he and Mark May. Sorry to burst your bubble. I love Lou Holtz too but there is a grey area between optimism and reality that real fans are aware of.

There are many times on that show where he has picked against ND. Now Digger on the other hand will pick ND til the day he dies.

I was being unbiased. Julio Jones is a good WR but is no where near (at least so far) near the level of hype he gets. AJ Green and Michael Floyd are the 2 best WR's imo and its not close.

I think if ANYONE gets invited to NY it will be Cirst or Floyd without question... RUDY!?!?!... I love Rudy but really?? a tight end???

the crack smoke seeps out of those posts...

Floyd is without question our best player... he has the best chance, his position (like Rudy) is the first thing holding him back...

The only thing Julio's proved is that he can't catch crap.

He is so bad yet he is projected as the second WR for the NFL draft. He sucks. He should just quit. Nick Saban should bench him next year.

Floyd is the best. He rules. He is so great and yet he was the second option last year. He should be enshrined in the rock n roll HOF because he ROCKS so much!

Jones is rated so highly for his physical attributes.

He will be drafted higher than Floyd though. He plays in a tougher conference, played on a rush happy offense last year, and has better physical attributes.

I see Floyd as the third maybe fourth drafted simply because of the teams that we are playing this year and the spread offense will skew the stats. People have to remember that ALA only threw the ball maybe 15 times per game. If you saw the VaTech v ALA game you could tell they stacked 2-3 defender on him at all times. Ingram and Richardson both benefited from Jones' presence on the field.

He played in a Pro Style offense his first 2 seasons and avged alsomt 30ypc last year. Oh and he played next to the Best WR in the country.
