Bit light IMO, but that has more to do with my view on DUI penalties in general than anything Floyd-specific.

Hopefully he learned his lesson this time around.

I'm pretty sure my brother got 1 year for his DUI and he had a clean record so I would say relatively light too, but what do I know. I'm no hell-spawn...err...lawyer.
