Fiesta Bowl Prediction Poll (ND v. OSU)

Plenty of time between now and game day for Prosties, so I'm waiting to predict.

Yeah wish I could go back and redo my prediction since all the crap has happened. I feel much better about our chances now. I also feel like this is one of those games where one team is down about being in the bowl game (OSU) and not in the playoffs and one team is glad to be in the game and needs the win to validate their season (ND). Those games tend to favor the team who wants to be there.

For example look at what Nebraska did to UCLA just this year. UCLA 8-4 playing a team that should not have even qualfiied for bowl.

Never bet bowls early.

OSU 45, ND 35.

I just don't think we can stop Elliot AND the rest of Ohio State's athletes.

Miller is going to get matched up with Farley and make a big play at some point, and Jalin Marshall is going to burn Devin Butler at some point.

I actually think we'll do okay against Elliot. But he'll break at least one long run, and will open up the rest of OSU's offense. Barrett will play a good, efficient game and will do some damage with his legs.

ND will play very well offensively, but they're going to need to be flawless to beat OSU. I think the game is close throughout, but a turnover of some sort will give them a two-score lead that we can't overcome.

GOOD GOD I HOPE I AM WRONG ABOUT OUR DEFENSE.

Gonna pat myself on the back and say I did pretty well on this, aside from Miller/Marshall making a big play.

If ND scores on their last possession rather than giving up the sack-fumble, I would have been nearly on the money lol.
