Crushing Texas A&M in the Cotton Bowl after the BC loss in 93. Gashing FSU that same year. The Sugar Bowl against Florida because of what someone said earlier about the Irish not belonging there. 73 Sugar Bowl. Rockets many returns. His pitch out TD against UT holds a special place in my mind because I predicted that he would beat them on a big run.

I've been a fan my whole life, but if there was ever a game (or "moment") that sealed it for me it was this. I was the kid sitting in the stands telling everyone that we were going to block that kick. Also, Joey Getherall was my favorite player at the time, so it didn't get much sweeter than that.

Then my favorite moment ever in ND Stadium was watching this from the opposite end. I think this is the happiest I can ever remember being. All I can remember is the stadium going nuts, and then looking up at the scoreboard and seeing ND 20 UCLA 17 with tears in my eyes.

Finally, getting my acceptance letter was something I'll never forget. It validated all of the hard work I had ever done, and being here ever since has been the best time of my life.

Also, I got my season tickets today. See you all in the stadium :)

My favorite moment was the first game i attended. They lost, but I finally got to see them live. nothing compares to that!

My favorite moment was my first game too. ND v. Pitt in 2008. The game ended with a loss but it went four overtimes. The game went so long that the sprinklers came on on the South side of the field during the game.

Gotta disagree depending on what game was your first...first game for me was the '93 BC game. Yeah, I might be cursed.

Some favorite ND moment may be when we beat SC in '05, clock runs down to 0, people rush the field...and the PAC 10 blows multiple calls to give the game to the Trojans. If you sat through that game, it was unthinkable to see in person all the BS that occurred in those final minutes. Worst part may be that the game is now vacated, it might as well of gone to us to begin with.

Rocket's kick returns against Michigan in '89

Tate's TD jump into the MSU band

The Bus and the Snow Bowl

Anytime Zibby had the ball in his hands, but specifically the Punt Return and Pick 6 against Tennesee, and the return against USC in '05.

My favorite Zibby moment may be one of the first big games he had. Against MSU in 2004 he pulled the ball cleanly out of a running back's hands, didn't even knock it out, then ran it back for an easy TD. It was hilarious, especially watching their QB stand there dumbfounded for a few seconds. Link is here, at the 5:20 mark: 2004: Notre Dame vs. Michigan State - YouTube

[EDIT] I almost forgot about the 2008 Michigan game! It was pouring down rain like I've never seen at Notre Dame, and Michigan couldn't hold onto the ball to save their lives. I was soaked, but the game was so much fun I didn't care: Introducing, Your 2008 Michigan Wolverines! - YouTube

I suppose my fav. ND football moment is prob. the Sun Bowl... first time I saw ND in person and they won... it was way too freakin cold, but it was a great memory for sure.

I'm old enough to have been able to either attend or watch pretty much everyone of these games everyone has mentioned, including the 66 game against MSU. I guess my favorite memory is being able to remember all of them! lol
