ESPN Bowl Coverage

Needless to say, there are plenty of things that irritate me about the Worldwide Leader's coverage/commentators for CFB. But there is one thing that has bothered me throughout their games this season and now they embarass themselves by repeating it in a bowl game......Chris Spielman.

Am I the only one who can smell the brain cells in my head burning away just from having to listen to this meathead? Just curious.

Oh, and.....GO IRISH!!!!

Edit: I do realize he's just the color commentator; I just didn't realize DUMB was a color.

Since when is the Rose Bowl the frickin national title game??? I know they like to make it such everytime USC is in the Rose Bowl but come on, is there any other bowl taking place at all??? It's the only thing they are talking about

The rest of the BCS is on FOX this year. They are talking up the Rose Bowl because it is the only bowl game on ABC this year.

Its SPORTS ENTERTAINMENT.....it is not C-SPAN....there job isn't to report anything, its to put on entertaining shows about sports

It's almost embarrassing. Trying to pretend the Rose Bowl is bigger than the National Championship just makes "the family of networks" look silly and an insult to the average viewers' intelligence.

it a nightly sports news show bro... they relay highlights and cover the top stories of the day in sports... just because most news coverage of any kind these days is partial doesn't mean it's right... there is a responsiblity to show events as they occured, one would expect them to at least convey proper stats, live in reality and convey the world of sports the way it truely is if you can't see that point I feel sorry for you and am quite done with this topic have a good one
