EgyptAir flight data show smoke alerts - CNN.com

Maybe it wasn't terrorism? Seems like the smoke alarms went off for a few minutes before the crash which would be abnormal if it was a bomb. It is also a little weird that no group has stepped forward to claim responsibility.

It's fine. Catholicism hasn't always been a bed of pacifistic roses. The difference is that we've mostly come to realize that theocracy is ethically wrong, while Islam makes it one of the core tenets. Can you imagine Westboro parading around with unquestionable (divine) political authority?

More like, if the Constitution said that promoting something other than Christianity was worth the death penalty, leaving Christianity was worth the death penalty, and you could be arrested for eating meat on Fridays. That would be more in line with theocracy than a few politicians who a lot of people make fun of.
