O-line is playing well, so is Cierre. Unimpressed with the defense's first outing. Way early, still not worried.

My reaction:

Crist looks average. Some good throws some bad. The jones pass on the last possession in the end zone was right on the money and should've been caught. And his receivers aren't exactly helping.

Cierre Wood is good at football.

Our defense just can't tackle. What happened to last years D?

I'm pretty sure I could punt better than Turk right now.

Still a lot of football left, but id be lying if I told you I'm not shaking out of nervousness right now

The only group playing well right now is o-line and cierre... Defense is playing average... Everybody else: garbage. Btw I thought fleming was supposed to be a "national player" this year... I've alrede seen him make more mistakes in this game than I would expect from a "good" player in at least 3x as many games

I'm also sure as glad that we've still gotten our 3 TOs. Not sure what we'd have used them on, but they can't use them in the 2nd half.

The Irish have a long history of disappointing starts, but this one just seems more pathetic than usual. If BK doesn't snap these guys back into reality during halftime, I think this season will be as long as the last several have been.

Didn't fumble on the 1, didn't muff the punt and didn't drop all the balls that should have been caught. Yes he did overthrow a few WRs and he did throw the INT in the endzone.

He's missing wide open receivers and throwing into tight coverage which isn't helping the drops.

I am a huge Tommy fan but Crist gets at least the 3rd quarter, now if he throws another pick or two, then it is over for Crist

Cierre and the O line are playing well....but that's where it stops on offense.
