Is that part of this new thing I heard about the internets?

This is my biggest problem with your attitudes. I understand you are upset, as I would be if it was the opposite. But, your elitism blinds you to the fact that it isn't a bad decision if this is what he wanted. I'm not going to argue that Houston's academics are better than ND's, because that would be . . .

Do you realize that you said we and you like this was one poster at this end of the internets?
For one, I never said anything about this "person", just about his behavior and his decision. I thought it was a bit short sighted, and he was out for himself; lacked a bit of self-discipline. We shall see shan't we?

On a side note: is being so black and white to boil an issue down in such a simplistic manner a prerequisite for getting a Cougar degree? If so do they give out a box of shiny crayons? If so I have a brother-in-law I would like to send down there for a degree. He should do well, he already knows everything too.

You mean black and white like "he was out for himself" and things like "It isn't Notre Dame so it's a bad decision because we have the best school in the whole world." Which is what it seems like lots of you think. Classy with the crayons bit too... Good old Catholic kindness...

Actually, I have been to Texas, too. Not everybody says ya'll. Beside that is a speech dolloquial speech affectation, wouldn't show up with the printed word anyways.
