Cris Collinsworth, who is best known for being the father of Notre Dame safety Austin Collinsworth, was rescued from a floating restaurant adrift on the Ohio River this weekend.
Also worth mentioning, Cris is a 3 time All Pro receiver for the Bengals and current NFL commentator.

Since no one said it already. It has been confirmed. Bob Diaco was part of the rescue team. In fact, he was calling the shots.

I've heard he set the restaurant adrift on purpose so he could have something to do in the offseason.

My cousin (an I witness) said Coach D was the chef of the boat who also happened to build the boat with his own hands.

If so, that's the first naval disaster he's averted.

Things may be looking up.
