They're gonna be looking to maximize opportunities for major events, and a controlled weather environment in a location where it gets towards nut-freezing territory for several months in a given year, is just maximizing opportunity while minimizing environmental interference.

100% correct. The adults actually realize this and are going to go that route because it allows for more revenue and more events. Very simple, entrepreneurial, logical plan. Taylor Swift can't play outdoors in Chicago when it's January. In an indoor stadium, you can have concerts whenever the fuck you want.

Idk, Lucas Oil has been in pretty regular rotation for the Final Four and St Louis used to get it regularly too. Chicago will be attractive, just not as much as SoFi or maybe even Allegiant
