If a head coach's girlfriend files FOIA requests on that school's top comms official your conference is a joke and no conference team should be eligible for the postseason.

Fuck this dog shit conference. They get zero respect from anyone in the league, and this league wouldn’t even exist if Notre Dame didn’t agree to kick their asses every week to get them any semblance of attention.

I can do it myself, but I want a good old billboard. Burn that conference to the ground

The ACC didnt screw ND over. The SEC did. Dont get it twisted.

Join the ACC and run a train on it like Florida State in the 1990s.

They both did. The ACC did the following:

  • actively campaigned against ND across all media and political channels for 5 weeks
  • Allowed 2 in-conference team play an out of conference game that resulted in Virginia not having 2 conference losses
  • Have antiquated tie breaker rules that prevented their best teams from playing in the title with no head to heads present
We shouldn’t accept the SEC corruption that runs rampant throughout the sport, but this has always been present. It’s befuddling that Alabama didn’t even a spot, but the ACC is absolutely a bad actor in this that is actively working against ND’s best interests

Our partnership with ACC ended up screwing us because they were absolute shit and nuked our SOS. And then they campaigned against us using our lack of quality wins as a main talking point. Great partnership here.

Independence for football and big east for other sports. Fuck them.

I honestly go not care about the ACC sucking. That's nothing new..... What pisses me off is the open blatant lobbying against us. That entire POS conference makes millions of dollars off of us annually and they totally shit on us for months.

I think a lot of us our forgetting that the ACC Network broadcasted the Miami game all week
Exactly. The SEC may be the worst actor in all of this, but it doesn't absolve the ACC in this. We're their "partner" and while plenty of ND people for weeks have been saying Miami/the ACC's real issue was with the SEC, they actively campaigned against us for a month. Every single Miami media person went all in on us nonstop for 5 weeks. Even up until last night the ACC was lobbying directly against us.

The ACC is an active detriment to our program and we should drop them like a hot potato and let that shitty conference die as soon as possible. Their piece of shit teams weigh down our SOS and then people talk shit about our schedule as if we can control the fact that the ACC fucking sucks and only is capable of having one competent team at a time.

Wait...im just now realizing that the reason we aren't in is because a game between two ACC teams didn't count as an ACC game?

Yup. Explore exiting the deal. Tell Clemson to go fuck themselves.
Nah, keep the Clemson deal as that falls outside of the ACC agreement. Give Clemson and FSU enough cover to leave the conference and the whole thing falls apart. Who are your next football pillars after that, Miami (who can't fill a stadium), Duke, UNC, and VT? It would crumble into being the AAC in no time.
