I'm really not one to complain about things like this but this was just terrible. I don't know if ABC is trying to get there money's worth out of their "Sky Cam" and that camera attached to the line 30 yards above the field but there is absolutely no reason to show me panning video of Pennsylvania. Perhaps if there was something interesting to look at then maybe a few times could be bearable, but it seemed like after every commercial there it was again. Also, the camera work was equally as bad. Usually, once or twice the camera man will be faked out by a great play fake or pump fake. In this game there must have been five or six times the camera man was completely lost. If Notre Dame ever plays another game on ABC I may just have to scoop up some tickets.

I thought it was pretty interesting listening to Urban's perspective as a head coach regarding what he did when harvin was double-teamed. I still like them better than Hammond.

I agree, I like him better than Hammond. However, if I heard Urbie make one more reference to his "schedule", I was going to throw something at the TV.

The broadcasting team was good. If I ever see that overhead camera view during a live play again it will be too soon, though.

I enjoyed the commentary also.
I thought it was very fair and objective.

The camera man was fooled a few times, but there were great fakes by the Pitt quarterback.

The overhead cam is nice for replays, but live action isn't so appealing.

I don't mind it once in a while, and I thought it was quite appropriate for short yardage plays.

Really? I thought Speilman did a great job. He was more aware of the flow of the game and the coaches' game-plans than any other announcer we've had.

Camera management was horrendous. You can't improve on the simplicity of following the game from the traditional angle. ABC needs to wake up. College football isn't an art film class.

I'll tell you who I don't care for: Mirko Jurkovic on the post game show. I've heard him misunderstand a question or comment and flip out about it several times. Also, the guy is obstinately contrarian. Maybe people love him from his playing days, but he sounds like a d!ck on the air.
