Just waiting for you to propose the first position switch to really get the conversation started...How does this guy only have 3 comments
I like him at DE but I could see him taking the Mullins route and be made into a DTJust waiting for you to propose the first position switch to really get the conversation started...
As do I but long term I wouldn't be surprised if he ends up following a path similar to Chris Burgess.I like him at DE but I could see him taking the Mullins route and be made into a DT
Commit now or gtfo?So double barrel action on May 1?
Lotta moving parts on the DE board. Must be some backstory here from the brief UK crystal ball.
Cause the other DE Sesay seems all but locked up.
YesAre we actually in that good of a spot for Sesay? Would be huge.
Wonder if this means moving on from Fakatou or just not assuming we get him. Cause the other DE Sesay seems all but locked up.
No inside info. But feel the later. Even if we know we arent getting Fakatou, i wouldnt let O’neil know thatWould love to know the back story here. Wonder if he upped our bid since we likely arent getting Fakatou or just told him “we need a decision now or you may lose your spot”
I do think O’Neil is very much a strong side type end which likely removes him to some extent from Sesay and Vaughn conversations. It lines him up more with what Fakatou wants to be (he’s a DT). He fits pretty well as a take regardless because if you also land Fakatou, Fakatou is either A) better or B) gonna move.
I think even Fakatou deep down knows he is a 3t. I just dont see how we can pay for him and the 2 chi kids…along with Sesay and VaughnPrecisely, but I do believe Fakatou will be better at what he does or at least more versatile as a swing guy who can play both Strong side and DT. I think O'Neil will be just fine and if you can get him you take him and hope that Fakatou still comes aboard.
