FWIW I don’t agree with this. A&M is closer to Arkansas than they are Miami.

Hopefully Moore is healthy and the personnel differences show to be impactful (Smith, 2H Moore, 4Q Shuler).

As of today, I agree with this. Green is better than Reed but lacks the supporting cast. A&M’s OL is better but not by much. Arkansas’ OL is solid & will be far better than Purdue. A&M’s defense will be tested once they get into SEC schedule. ND should’ve gotten the best of Reed but Ash refused to bring pressure relying on the front 4 to get to him which they never got close. A&M’s D gave up 33 points despite knowing if the play was gonna be run or pass. I’m not sold on Reed nor am I sold on their D. Their WR are elite & Moss is a really good RB. If they prove me wrong, hats off to them & I’ll have not issues admitting I was wrong.

Arkansas will finish the year under .500. TAMU will be at least 8-4, 10-2 more likely. I dont agree.

Records are not fully indicative of talent. Arkansas has already played Memphis and Ole Miss. They still have the same opponents as A&M + Tennessee. So that’s multiple harder games for Arkansas. This is still largely an A&M that finished the season losing 4 straight P4 games. The ONLY reason they are #9 is because beating us is seen as impressive. The wheels may off of once Pittman is canned and maybe that 4Q versus Memphis was it, but these two teams are not all that different talent wise whereas Miami I see as a Top 4 team.

And talent does not always equal good football team (like ND this year). The optics will surely be different losing to Arkansas vs A&M.

Everyone was excusing our poor ranking the 1st 2 games due to the opponents...i saw Purdue as a true gauge of where we are, and its very worrisome. Here's to a win on Saturday!
