  • Happy Bye Week ND fans. The bedwetters can either get off their meds or take more.
  • Texas State has dropped two in a row. Parker's Troy might be just what the doctor ordered.
  • UTEP is 0-4 and Sam Houston is riding high on a 3 game win streak.

  • After a disappointing loss in a big game, UGA comes home to Auburn.
  • I kind of want to put IU on upset alert, but I could see them rolling the Cats.
  • I'll take Ole Miss to lose two in a row. They actually played someone and lost, now they have to do it on the road the next week?

Really weak week. Without ND bets would be the only thing to get me to tune in.

Yeah, I was really thinking the same as I was putting together the thread. It is still early October. Clemson at FSU should have been a good game back in August. Hopefully we start to see some big game emerge in the weeks ahead, some we expected in preseason and some others maybe that manifest where we did not think they would.

Michigan at Washington looks like it could be good.

I think this month we see a couple of P4 head coaches get let go and start up the carousel too.

I think we should be rooting for USC to lose as many games as possible. The more losses they have, the less important that Nov 30th game will be for them

For some reason that rarely plays out that way when ND travels to LA to play them. 2012 they finished 7-6 but gave ND all they wanted in their undefeated season. Same in 2018 when SC was 5-7. Can’t assume anything in this rivalry.

I could really care less what USC does the other 11 games of the year. Notre Dame has zero control over that.

It should be a rule, nay, a law, that whoever posts these watch party threads must abide by EST.
Pretty week slate. We're all A&M and SC fans this weekend.

I feel like most weeks I've said this to myself, there's always one or two games that end up being highly entertaining upsets. Hopefully that holds true here, as well. Many teams are taking their injury lumps like ND or there could be lookahead games. As you head into October, the bye weeks become that much more important to reset.

Tennessee at Ark could be an interesting one. Razorbacks coming off a close game on the road in college station, though Vols are coming off of a bye week. Their two losses on the year are both road games by USC @ Minn could get weird, as a spread of only +8.5 for the home team is pretty surprising. Seems like Vegas is begging you to take the Trojans there. Surprised to see scUM as road dogs against the Huskies up in Seattle; perhaps UW has a good enough defense to contain the run and make Orji attempt the newly invented forward pass he's trying to wrap his head around. Does Miami play more polished on the road in Berkeley?
