Those are completely different scenarios than Moore + Sayin&Carr.

There wasn't a 4.75* QB in Clemson's '18 Class in addition to Lawrence.

There's a year between your Bama example and they took a low 3* that year that transferred to Ark State.

I'm not trying to argue for fun, I'm just saying landing Sayin & Carr after Moore isn't mathematically 0% but it's 0% to me. Now... can they land Moore and Sayin back to back? Yes. I'd bet against it just because the numbers say it won't happen but I certainly wouldn't be shocked. At this point, it's what I'm hoping will happen.

I do understand your point...but, from my understanding, if the decision is to take two qbs (based on numbers in the room) and both want in... don't be surprised. MF is stressing competition everywhere.

But Sayin just was quoted the other day “I want to see where some of the ‘23s (QBs) end up and then go from there." That doesn't lead one to believe that Moore choosing ND would have no impact on Sayin's interest in ND.

Hmmmm, that's true. Maybe I misread Loy and he meant it wouldn't matter for Carr?

Of course they'd take them both if they wanted in. I'll just stick with my position and say... I'd be Manti/Kuechly/Vontez Burfict to ND in '09 level shocked if those three all ended up Irish. But if they did, I'd certainly drink to that!
