QB draw / option really something we missed this year w an immobile QB. It really helped Book in retrospect bc he could move the chains despite his limitations.

It's disappointing we haven't had a better QB than Book since he left, but the guy was a winner for a lot of reasons

True not a lot of upsets but it's the second weekend of November and there's still probably eight teams that could plausibly win the title. I'll take it.

Going into the season, I think the thought was that there were no immediately obvious elite teams. We knew it may work itself out once UGA & scUM got challenged but it looks like a season that was ripe for the picking if ND had a functional offense.

Don't forget about the holding on the punt return. They went from having the ball at midfield to punting from about their own 20.

NC St on the way to having the same record as ND. That wasn’t on my bingo card after the first half of the season.

Looks like Armstrong is splitting duties w/ 2nd string QB. Armstrong seems to be more of the runner while the other comes in to primarily pass. Both have unimpressive passing numbers.

Another note, their true freshman wide receiver KC Concepcion can do everything. Very impressive.
