- Denver → Seattle (PD). Denver traded Drew Lock, Shelby Harris, Noah Fant, first and second-round selections, and 2022 first, second, and fifth-round selections to Seattle in exchange for Russell Wilson and a 2022 fourth-round selection.
- L.A. Rams → Detroit (PD). Los Angeles traded their first-round selection as well as their 2021 third-round and 2022 first-round selections and quarterback Jared Goff to Detroit in exchange for quarterback Matthew Stafford.
