The shine has to have worn off for Alex Grinch, right?
I know OK's D "improved" last year, but they gave up 41 to KSU last year.
IDK, OK's D has never impressed me, and in general the B12 either.
Kansas St. has the ball and is up 38-35 on #3 Oklahoma with about under 3 minutes to play. MAJOR upset if they pull this off.
The ESPNU guys will fall all over themselves to make excuses for him. It's what, his third year there? Wonder if Lincoln will ditch him mid-season if there isn't some sort of turnaround.
Costello’s looking good so far. Making lots of good reads and checks. Looks like they have a legit running back too.
I agree, but I always second guess any QB in Leach's system.
Looks like State might have a decent defense as well. Might just be the LSU QB is really green.
Might be a little of both. MSU has had some good Ds, but it has been inconsistent. LSU simply lost a ton of kids. That graphic they showed earlier was pretty crazy.
Holy cow did you that pass and catch just now.
That was crazy. I’m thinking Costello is pretty good. Lol.
I was thinking the same, and then he threw into a DBs back near his endzone, and then throws and even worse ball for a pick 6....
Geesh talk about going from one extreme to the other.
Lol. Right? So much for my QB evaluator career.

And your back big guy!
Cheers and Go Irish!!
yea, mine too lol.
but he did look good until that drive.
what i thought was also impressive, was before when he was down by his own goal line, the snap was bad, and he calmly found it and picked it up, and threw a good calm pass.
he looked totally different this drive.
And your back big guy!
Cheers and Go Irish!!
You're back too YJ!
Cheers and Go Irish!!
Thanks man. Both Bluto and I are suffering from self confidence issues.
So is JT Daniels riding the bench between the hedges. Heard he wasn't starting, then heard he was, then heard today he's likely #2.
I thought I heard earlier this week that Daniels hasn’t been cleared to play yet.

Kirby Smart said a couple of very interesting things on SECNetwork during a pregame Zoom interview on “SEC Nation” on Saturday morning. The first of those was about the status of 5-star transfer quarterback JT Daniels.
The obvious question? It proved to be gamesmanship at its finest. SEC Nation host Laura Rutledge went hard in the paint a couple of times on the obvious question for Saturday’s season opener at Arkansas.
Smart did not bite on the JT Daniels question. He left his health status very much up in the air.
“JT is not cleared as of now,” Smart said. “He’s with us here on the trip. We’re glad to have him. This kid has worked really hard for this opportunity. He’s been competing with three other guys.”
Was there a chance a medical breakthrough takes place in the next four hours?
“You never know,” Smart said. “The world we live in today you are always measuring things and trying to figure it out. That’s for sure.”
So what did Smart say?
He did laud the talents of redshirt junior Stetson Bennett IV and true freshman Carson Beck as guys who could possibly add to the depth chart for Arkansas. He mentioned their reps and work because no staff really knows what lies ahead in the COVID-19 climate.
But he did share that the starting quarterback decision is known. He made it clear the matter has been settled internally for some time.
“Yeah, absolutely,” Smart said. “I’ve known for a week, a week and a half. The kids have known. The quarterbacks have known. For us, it is really important to go out there and start fast. I’m really excited to see what these kids can do.”
