One thing I haven't seen discussed from either side, is the long wait times at polling stations? Is this something that happens regularly for you guys? or is it infrequent? Most I've ever waited is 10 min max.

I just don't get it.

We have longer waits this year, but it's primarily due to safety protocols, and also a few outages. Pre-rona, 0-40 min non peak hours. 40 min to hours peak.

And to put it bluntly, some precincts have their shit together, and some don't.

Also- if this were Trump Jr. - CNN would have it right on the chyron and talk about nothing else. MSNBC would put it in the logo. WAPo would have it on the front page.

Today it will be dismissed surely with messaging in line with the Biden campaign.

Here's a well known democrat and FB Comms man pointing out how Facebook will suppress a damaging story to Joe Biden and 'fact check' the piece accordingly.

This is the big-tech left wing driven censorship that drives conservatives nuts.

Really appreciate the thought put into this, man.

It's absolutely baffling that this stuff happens. Was listening to my GF speak to her grandparents last night about how they can't find a time to vote (Cobb county GA) and will likely not vote. They seemed resigned to the fact they won't be voting, which is insane! For reference her Grandpa is OANN truther lmao.

Oh, and they don't want mail in ballots because they think that the Deep State will steal the election if there is mail in ballots. Even though their own vote is being suppressed! Not voting to own the Libs lmao.

I need to add that the lines you are seeing now for early voting are unprecedented. I have never seen this many people voting early in person before. Whether that is due to covid or wanting to get it over with or a swell in support for one candidate or the other I cant say.

The people who are excited/angry and watch too much cable news are probably trying to vote early and some are probably trying to vote often.

Serious question - people would sit through lines, and go "Hmmm i want to risk a criminal charge, so I'll spend a couple hours in line" Does that make sense?

To #3, I don't know how many times people have to go through this, but people asked for Shokin to be removed because he wasn't prosecuting corruption. This includes everyone in the EU, as well as the US government wanting him out. Even Ron Johnson -- the guy who just commissioned the report on this -- wanted Shokin out.

So Shokin gets removed, and everyone pretends that it was a Biden unilateral action because he was going to prosecute corruption against Burisma when all the facts say the opposite.

You're kind of singing the Dem narrative here. The whole story has changed like 5 times. First they said there was no investigation into Burisma. Then documents came out that there was an investigation into Burisma. Then the story was yes, there was an investigation, but Shokin never investigated them even though he said he was. Then the gov gave proof that Zlochevsky tried to bribe gov officials to end the investigation and unfreeze assets. Then the story was "it was just Zlochevsky, not Burisma" lol...

So simple question, if the entire planet wanted Shokin out all this time, why did it take Biden to do it, and why does it happen less than 8 months after Joe meets with Burisma's #3 exec with Hunter... EU could have flexed at any time. Easy peasy. Just coincidence I guess lol. We're finding out more and more, and the stories/excuses keep morphing.

To #5, convenient that they "knew" in 2019 and work for Trump and the Republicans just released another investigation on this showing no wrongdoing by Biden... but we're supposed to believe that this is some smoking gun

Isn't Joe Biden meeting with a Burisma exec in DC of all places, after he said he had no discussions with Hunter about his work, newsworthy? Come on man. How do you explain that away? At minimum it confirms Joe is big ole sleepy liar.

And the fact the FBI had this (if true), yet it was not reported in the findings, could mean the FBI simply did not share it. Please don't tell me we should trust the FBI lol.

To #7, no... people have said that Joe Biden didn't do anything wrong. The entire premise that he did something wrong has always been that he got the prosecutor fired to help his son... and this has been debunked repeatedly. By every reputable organization. Because everyone in the western world wanted this guy gone because he was weak on corruption and a puppet. These "emails" again don't show anything to the contrary.

It's never been "debunked" as far as I've read. A more accurate description is "it's never been proven".

Again, at minimum, it shows Joe lied and was complicit in selling access via Hunter. An American VP doesn't take a meeting in DC by mistake without knowing who/what/when/why.

Say it with me. Joe lied. And ask yourself, why would Joe lie?

I find it hilarious that Trumpers care so much about one meeting with an energy executive but don't give a single shit about Trump hob knobbing with Jeffrey Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell. He wishes his sex trafficker friend "the best" and you don't bat an eye. Trump has been influence peddling at a level never before seen, so please don't pretend to care that Joe Biden (allegedly) met someone... especially after Republicans confirmed that none of the Hunter Biden stuff had any impact on US policy.

Are you really going to deflect this into a whatabout Trump lol... Ok, I'll bite for a second. So per the NYT's, in one article, Trump is on the verge of financial ruin. In another NYT's article, he enriched himself like no other... bahahahahahahah... So which is it. Pick a narrative and they will wrap a story around it that's "compelling" lol.... Hob knobbing with Epstein? Whatabout Slick Willy? And Beyonce? Didn't Trump boot Epstein out of his properties?

And on the bolded. It was not confirmed it had no impact to policy. It was not proven to have impact to policy.

Since you put so much stock into the Senate reports... So here's a copy paste from "Key Findings" in the Senate report that "does not prove impact to policy"..... Bolded blue are a few comments.

-In early 2015 the former Acting Deputy Chief of Mission at the U.S. Embassy in Kyiv,Ukraine, George Kent, raised concerns to officials in Vice President Joe Biden’s office about the perception of a conflict of interest with respect to Hunter Biden’s role on
Burisma’s board. Kent’s concerns went unaddressed
, and in September 2016, he
emphasized in an email to his colleagues, “Furthermore, the presence of Hunter Biden
on the Burisma board was very awkward for all U.S. officials pushing an
anticorruption agenda in Ukraine.”

Yet Biden still meets in DC with a Burisma exec after the concerns are raised to him

-In October 2015, senior State Department official Amos Hochstein raised concerns with
Vice President Biden, as well as with Hunter Biden, that Hunter Biden’s position on
Burisma’s board enabled Russian disinformation efforts and risked undermining U.S.
policy in Ukraine.

-Although Kent believed that Hunter Biden’s role on Burisma’s board was awkward for
all U.S. officials pushing an anti-corruption agenda in Ukraine, the Committees are only
aware of two individuals — Kent and former U.S. Special Envoy and Coordinator for
International Energy Affairs Amos Hochstein — who raised concerns to Vice President
Joe Biden (Hochstein) or his staff (Kent).

-The awkwardness for Obama administration officials continued well past his presidency.
Former Secretary of State John Kerry had knowledge of Hunter Biden’s role on Burisma’sboard, but when asked about it at a town hall event in Nashua,N.H.on Dec.8,
2019, Kerryfalsely said,“I had no knowledge about any of that. None. No.” Evidence
to the contrary is detailed in Sec 5

So Kerry was confirmed a big fat liar too lol. Ask yourself, why is he lying?

-Former Assistant Secretary of State for European and Eurasian Affairs Victoria Nuland
testified that confronting oligarchs would send an anti corruption message in Ukraine.
Kent told the Committees that Zlochevsky was an “odious oligarch.” However, in
December 2015, instead of following U.S. objectives of confronting oligarchs, Vice
President Biden’s staff advised him to avoid commenting on Zlochevsky and
recommended he say, “I’m not going to get into naming names or accusing individuals.”

What possible reason would Biden have to shield Zlochevsky (Burisma owner)?? lol....

-Hunter Biden was serving on Burisma’s board (supposedly consulting on corporate
governance and transparency) when Zlochevsky allegedly paid a $7 million bribe to
officials serving under Ukraine’s prosecutor general, Vitaly Yarema, to “shut the case
against Zlochevsky.” Kent testified that this bribe occurred in December 2014 (seven
months after Hunter joined Burisma’s board), and, after learning about it, he and the
Resident Legal Advisor reported this allegation to the FBI.

So again, a bribe to close an investigation, that originally per dem-spin, never even happened...

-Hunter Biden was a U.S. Secret Service protectee from Jan. 29, 2009 to July 8, 2014. A
day before his last trip as a protectee, Time published an article describing Burisma’s
ramped up lobbying efforts to U.S. officials and Hunter’s involvement in Burisma’s
board. Before ending his protective detail, Hunter Biden received Secret Service
protection on trips to multiple foreign locations, including Moscow, Beijing, Doha, Paris,
Seoul, Manila, Tokyo, Mexico City, Milan, Florence, Shanghai, Geneva, London,
Dublin, Munich, Berlin, Bogota, Abu Dhabi, Nairobi, Hong Kong, Taipei, Buenos Aires,
Copenhagen, Johannesburg, Brussels, Madrid, Mumbai and Lake Como.

LOL. I'm sure Daddy had no idea....

-Andrii Telizhenko, the Democrats’ personification of Russian disinformation, met with Obama administration officials, including Elisabeth Zentos, a member of Obama’s National Security Council, at least 10 times. A Democrat lobbying firm, Blue Star Strategies, contracted with Telizhenko from 2016 to 2017 and continued to request his assistance as recent as the summer of 2019. A recent news article detailed other extensive contacts between Telizhenko and Obama administration officials.

Not even going to go down this rabbit hole..... lol

-In addition to the over $4 million paid by Burisma for Hunter Biden’s and Archer’s board
memberships, Hunter Biden, his family, and Archer received millions of dollars from
foreign nationals with questionable backgrounds.

Again, I'm sure daddy had no idea....

-Archer received $142,300 from Kenges Rakishev of Kazakhstan, purportedly for a car, the same day Vice President Joe Biden appeared with Ukrainian Prime Minister Arsemy Yasenyuk and addressed Ukrainian legislators in Kyiv regarding Russia’s actions in Crimea.

Not selling access, lol

-Hunter Biden received a $3.5 million wire transfer from Elena Baturina, the wife of the
former mayor of Moscow.

I think you said this was debunked, I don't think it has been. And if not, holy batman... Talk about one of Putin's BFFs.

-Hunter Biden opened a bank account with Gongwen Dong to fund a $100,000 global
spending spree with James Biden and Sara Biden.

So Joe's brother now getting some swag.... Why would Hunter do this. You really think Joe didn't know?

-Hunter Biden had business associations with Ye Jian ming, Gong wen Dong, and other
Chinese nationals linked to the Communist government and the People’s Liberation
Army. Those associations resulted in millions of dollars in cash flow.

What on earthy could Hunter be selling?

-Hunter Biden paid non resident women who were nationals of Russia or other Eastern
European countries and who appear to be linked to an “Eastern European prostitution or
human trafficking ring

Now this one, I'll agree, maybe daddy didn't know. Or maybe it was a great father/son weekend...

So in short, it's doesn't debunk anything. It doesn't prove Joe did anything. It doesn't prove he didn't either. If you think he had no idea about all of this, yet still met with a Burisma exec in DC, I'm not sure what to tell you.

Thanks for the "I love lamp" moment of this thread.

Back to my original question, what reasoning would people have to sit in lines for hours to risk a criminal charge for one vote?

Well, the assumption there is that people would have to wait in line to cheat. Perhaps they are a crooked poll worker, poll watcher, or they are tipped off by a crooked poll watcher and go vote for people who have not yet cast a vote.

Why do people hurl Molotov cocktails at cop cars? Because they believe they will face no consequences. We have reason to believe a liberal activist DA wouldn't prosecute someone helping Biden.

Your assumption was that people are possibly waiting in line to vote "often", and that it is one of the reasons why lines are so long. So, what evidence is there that people in the lines are actually there to vote again?

Bombshell from the NY POST this morning-

Biden-Pozharskyi-email.jpg

So the FBI had damaging evidence validating the Burisma scandal during the entire impeachment. Never surfaced it.

We also now can directly point at blatant lies being told by Joe Biden on this topic. He likely will also opt to not address this before the election.

But wait, there's more!

hunter-biden-4.jpg

So to those who laughed at the idea that crooked Joe was selling influence and access to make his loser kid rich, I would like to revisit that discussion. Joe is a liar, corrupt, and should not be President.

Is this the Shokin gun?

The important part is that Joe lied and demonstrated a clear disregard for ethics and conflict of interest in his handling of this matter and prioritized his sons bank account over his job in serving the American people.

Wait, Grandpa Joe has a distinguished record of serving our country. He'd never lie.

My only question... Will there be anymore October surprises?

First thing I thought when I read this, more to come? If I were behind this, I would have waited until the morning of the next debate. Don't give Biden's staff time to prepare a tap dance routine.

Founded by a guy whom the Washington Post called "the progressive voice of the modern court"....

Just saying. You know what you're going to read before you read it.

Lol maybe you should read it. It’s a case by case examination of voter fraud. Everything you would want including who what where when and why. Wouldn’t want to shatter the libtard voter fraud conspiracy though.

I've actually already read it. It, and another similar piece was posted prior. It is because of that I was quick on chirp about WAPO's description of Brennan. I think Legacy posted at least one of them. It was countered/replied-to by a very long list of confirmed cases of voter fraud, which whomever posted the original article, failed to read and/or reply too.

As Legacy and Lax will tell you, I do read :). Just like the PDF link you posted a bit earlier, which I cited back to Lax.

Well if you read it you would see that voter fraud is infitesimal relative to total number of votes cast and that most of it is performed by election officials. Im not sure why this naarrative continues to survive. Now... we have seen where election official's have generated wins by defrauding voters as in the NC GOP case in District 9.

Just so I am not being accused of being biased, here is a Heritage Foundation database that shows only 1200 cases of fraud from 1979 -2020. They have a vested interest in proving voter fraud as its central to their platform of denying people the right to vote and voter suppression via legislation.
https://www.heritage.org/voterfraud

ANd this is a rebuttal and analysis of the Heritage Foundation database https://www.heritage.org/voterfraud

The database includes 749 “cases” involving almost
1,100 individuals.1
A closer examination reveals:
• Only 105 cases come within the past five years,
and 488 within the past 10 years. Thirty-two
cases are from the 1980s and 1990s. Indicative
of its overreach, the database even includes a
case from 1948 (when Harry S. Truman beat
Thomas Dewey) and a case from 1972 (whenRichard Nixon defeated George McGovern).
Over the period considered by Heritage, there
have been over 3 billion votes cast in federal
elections alone, and many more when you
include the state and local elections also covered
in the database. The number of cases in the
database represent a miniscule portion of the
overall number of votes cast during this time
span.
In reviewing decades of cases and billions of votes
cast, the Heritage Foundation has identified
just 10 cases involving in-person impersonation
fraud at the polls (fewer than the number of
members on the President’s Commission).
Heritage thus confirms what extensive prior
research has shown — it is more likely that
an individual will be struck by lightning than
impersonate another voter at the polls.

• The database includes only 41 cases involving
non-citizens registering, voting, or attempting
to vote. This is particularly striking given the
claims made by President Trump in setting up
the Commission that millions of illegal votes
were cast in 2016; on other occasions, he said
3 to 5 million unauthorized immigrants robbed
him of the popular vote majority. The fact that
only 41 such cases were identified over a time
span of more than four decades highlights the
absurdity of claims that millions of non-citizens
voted in the 2016 election alone. The 51 cases referenced in the two previous
bullets are the only examples in the database
that would be addressed by the reforms most
often trumpeted by the Heritage Foundation —
laws requiring documentary proof of citizenship
or government-issued identification to vote.
It underscores that the potential harm from
such proposals greatly outweighs any potential
benefit.2

• At least a quarter of the cases in the database
do not even involve ineligible people voting or
attempting to vote — the conduct of concern
to the president’s Commission.3 Instead, the
database inflates the prevalence of voter fraud
by including a broad variety of conduct.
For example, it includes allegations of voter
intimidation, vote buying, interfering or altering
ballots by election officials, wrong-doing
pertaining to the collection and submission of
signatures on ballot petitions, and technical
violations of ballot-assistance laws. These
cases may identify misconduct and problems
associated with election administration, but
they are not the kind of voter fraud that the
Commission members profess to seek to
address.

OK, happy to go down the rabbit hole a bit on this. Let me know you comments on each of the bullets/#s.

1) Voter fraud is hard to detect and prosecute because every time a voter roll is investigated, or put under review, dems immediately start waging court battles. We've seen this in several states and cities when just the attempt to review voter rolls was met with a barrage of legal suits.

2) Voter fraud is hard to detect because we basically have no voter ID requirements lol. While at the same time, many other countries, considered more "voter-friendly" than the US have strict ID guidelines. Even Mexico requires photo ID lol... France, Germany, Sweden, Switzerland, Italy, Netherlands, etc.

3) Dems push this "minorities can't get IDs" crap, which is racist as hell. Here's what entitled whites had to say vs minorities.
<iframe width="500" height="300" src="https://www.youtube.com/embed/yW2LpFkVfYk" frameborder="0" allow="accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture" allowfullscreen></iframe>

4) Election fraud goes back a long time. Plenty of articles out there. Check Tammany Hall history. Check out all the crap that went down in Chicago in the 80s. We've literally done zero to stop it, and just want to believe it stopped happening? Come on man.

5) Here's a database of convictions. There's plenty. And most were caught by happenstance and dumb luck, because again, it's hard to detect systemically. 15+ pages of convictions in the last 5 years alone. Full of detail.
https://www.heritage.org/voterfraud...All&year=&case_type=All&fraud_type=All&page=0

6) As for the Brennan piece. As Toronto will tell you, I even went as far as looking at subsources. Mostly from WAPO (multiple citings), Columbia (considered one of the most lib colleges in the US), ec.. In other words, a very liberal think tank, uses studies from very liberal papers and very liberal academia.... Sorry, not very bullet proof, or non partisan.

I'm shocked that a social media company would limit, or stop something anti - dem.... Just shocked I tell you!

Emails, photos, videos, etc will all be easily debunked if fake.

And the tweeter thinks the story is sketchy, after everything sketchy we already know about Hunter lol. Now the story could be a crock of shit. But I doubt it. Doubt NYP would run it, and also identify everybody who had laptop and data, and that the FBI also knew.

Lmao seriously, collusion delusion diaper fillers lost there mind about the dossier for years and at a whim are jumping on an article with Rudy Giuliani as the main source. Let Lev Parnas speak.

I cant prove a negative so I won try to respond to that. I am unaware of any evidence that indicates Dems wage any more lawsuits than GOP. This seems speculative to me. Im aware of lawsuits on both sides for recounts but not voter rolls. I am very much aware of lawsuits by GOP to purge voter rolls, often removing valid people.

There is no indication that Voter ID would reduce voter fraud. Of the 1200 cases in the Heritage database, the majority of those would not be affected by a voter Id law. Also this was addressed at length in the Brennan report.

As far as it being racist... the term seems to be losing its meaning. I am an ID fan BTW. I have seen the arguments for it. I am not really convinced.

]4) Election fraud goes back a long time. Plenty of articles out there. Check Tammany Hall history. Check out all the crap that went down in Chicago in the 80s. We've literally done zero to stop it, and just want to believe it stopped happening? Come on man.
Are the Bowery Boys and Dead Rabbits still operating? :) Again, show me some evidence its happening. Otherwise its an assertion at best or a conspiracy theory at worst.

5) Here's a database of convictions. There's plenty. And most were caught by happenstance and dumb luck, because again, it's hard to detect systemically. 15+ pages of convictions in the last 5 years alone. Full of detail.
https://www.heritage.org/voterfraud...All&year=&case_type=All&fraud_type=All&page=0
Bruhv I linked this database and a rebuttal to it above. lol. 1200 cases ion 40 years.... come on...
In reviewing decades of cases and billions of votes
cast, the Heritage Foundation has identified
just 10 cases involving in-person impersonation
fraud at the polls (fewer than the number of
members on the President’s Commission).
Heritage thus confirms what extensive prior
research has shown — it is more likely that
an individual will be struck by lightning than
impersonate another voter at the polls.

]6) As for the Brennan piece.
In other words libtards cant be right so I am going to ignore everything they say even if it does have multiple studies and multiple lines of evidence coming to one distinct conclusion. I'll be honest, after all my time here I am genuinely curious what would you call a non-biased study or source. It seems no matter how valid, apposite or thorough, it has even a hint of left of center you discount it immediately.

lol. Haberman won a Pulitzer for reporting on what we now know is bull shit.

Y'all collusion delusion fantasy folks lapped up all the weak shit HRC paid for and that "serious journalists" like Haberman reported, yet still can't admit it was all a fake clown show.

But, you'll turn your nose up to what appears to be actual emails confirming Joe not only lied, but was complicit.

It could all be a crock of shit, fake emails, etc., but at least it's actual emails, and not some lounge rumors from a clown source about pee parties in hotels lol...

There is no indication the information provided on the lap top is legit. The Treasury Department has listed this guy as a Russian disinformation Agent
Authorities say this past spring, Derkach released a series of heavily edited audio recordings designed to interfere with the U.S. presidential race. Some of those recordings were an apparent attempt to smear the Bidens.

"Derkach has directly or indirectly engaged in, sponsored, concealed, or otherwise been complicit in foreign interference in an attempt to undermine the upcoming 2020 U.S. presidential election," a Treasury Department press release said.

Under the Treasury designation, Americans are prohibited from engaging in transactions with Derkach, and any property he has that is subject to U.S. jurisdiction is blocked.

Here is RG with him in December

This is incredibly rich, and said without any irony. Chefs kiss.

Go check out all the follow up that's being done on the story as we speak. When Billy Barr gets out of his hideout (isn't it weird we haven't heard from him in awhile???) I wonder whether he's going to go stand with his department or against it to satisfy Don lol.

Trey Gowdy, is that you?
