If the class finished right now, based on our current commitments and our current needs, this is how I'd grade it:

OFFENSE:

QB: Jurkovec: A+ (huge upside, perfect fit)
RB: Smith: B- (not a huge need, good compliment to current roster, de-commit hurt)
WR: Austin, Jones: B+ (true #1, a big possession guy, need a speedster)
TE: Tremble, Takacs: A- (good tandem at a re-emerging position)
OL: Dirksen, Mabry: C (two good projects that HH likes, no blue chipper, need 3)

Overall so far: B (need another WR and a stud OL for an A)

DEFENSE:

DT: Ademilola, Franklin: A (stud + powerful effort/enthusiasm kid, both fits)
DE: Ademilola: C (good player, but need a real edge rusher, and possibly a SDE)
ILB: Lamb, Bauer, Oghoufo: A (new and old school studs, plus a great athlete)
R: Simo: A+ (top target, all the skills)
SS: Allen: A+ (top target, all the skills + talented, willing, compliment)
FS: Gilman: B+ (baller, goes to A+ if we can move Houston--or Irvi--up here)
CB: Bracy, Wilkins, Houston: A (speedy athlete + glue guy + stud, A+ if we land Gordon and/or Boykin)

Overall so far: A- (need another CB for an A, need a rush end for an A+)

Agree on al fronts. I think the OL won't be an A unless we get two more prospects with one blue-chipper.

But everything else is spot on. DE maybe a C - until we get a true difference maker but we have a lot of young talent.

It's funny because it seems like recruiting is on fire right now (and I agree), but at the end of the day, if nothing changes our OL and DE are C's.

That's a bad spot to have a C.

Agree..except on o-line. Currently a C-...NPF gets them to a B/B+
