I know he had a profile but think it was lost when the site was down.

Sounds like very high praise for his speed in offseason training from Brice.

ND has seriously lacked top end speed and explosiveness at receiver over the past several years. Going back to 2016, our biggest speed-oriented receivers have been guys like EQ and Braden Lenzy.

Going into this year, you have guys like Mitchell, Harrison and Faison, all are established speedy receiving threats. This is easily the most explosive and fastest receiver group ND has had since Will Fuller in 2015.

I liked Lenzy enough but man do I feel like he was a guy who just never really turned it on for all of the praise he seemed to get all the time. A few hugely impactful plays, but how many other plays where his speed got him no where because he just couldn't catch the ball with consistency. Hands like bricks.

That may have been true in '20 and '21 (he had a pretty good Fr year in '19) but in '22 he was making tough catches and getting open but many of his opportunities were squandered by Pyne who often didn't even look for him on deep routes.

Because he couldn't make the throws!

Apologies if this was already mentioned and I missed it, but I listened to a Georgia football pod today that mentioned UGA hadn’t given up a kickoff return touchdown since 2018.

Special moment for Jayden.

The Georgia kick coverage was horrible. They either looked slowed or were jogging on the play. ND's blocking was exceptional as well.

Hmmm. Not sure about that one. Wish it was true. Great player, never forget Georgia return
