I'd think Rover. He's got a 4.9 confirmed 40 from last summer. Don't think I'd want him at safety but you can tell by the film and the stats, he knows how to drop into coverage

From the same district I played in, not a lot of top end competition on their schedule, Dinwiddie is in a pretty rural area in VA. Still balls out though, his freshman year was my senior year, and he was a problem for us

He has all the stats but he doesn't pop athletically and that 4.96 / 40 and 80 something Sparq is ringing in my ears. I'm with you on this one, I like the athletes like JOK, Tisdale or Devon Williams..
