ND offered Woodard sometime between the end of April and the start of Sept. He didn't make it public on Twitter and only a few places reported it in his coverage, one being Wiltfong in this piece:

Oklahoma State has a recruiting class ranked just outside the Top25, sitting at No. 29 in the 247Sports Recruiting Rankings, good for No. 5 in the Big 12.

I believe they have the best quarterback in Texas committed in Spencer Sanders. They have a talented group of receivers in the fold in CJ Moore and Jonathan Shepherd.

It’s also a sneaky good offensive line class.

Tuscola (Ill.) High standout Hunter Woodard is the sleeper of the group.

Measuring in at 6-foot-5 1/2, 296-pounds at The Opening Regional in Chicago, he is one of the specimens of the offensive line position in the 2018 recruiting cycle. A punishing blocker, Woodard is a 420-pound bench presser with a 600-pound squat. He has 5.1 speed in the 40-yard dash and is an explosive athlete with unique traits to develop into a standout up front for the Cowboys.

Woodard committed in April to Oklahoma State over offers from Illinois, Minnesota and Syracuse. Since then he has added offers from Penn State, Notre Dame and Arkansas but remains firm to the Cowboys.

He had a good Nike Opening Regional in Chicago (a mid 80's rating). Created some buzz at that time and committed to OK ST a few weeks later.
