Visiting for II per 247. Teammate of Irish offer and UNC commit, '17 LB Malik Robinson and the #1 WDE in '18 Justin Mascoll.

247 lists him as having an offer from ND but it's not on his timeline, no other service lists it, he doesn't have a mention of it on his twitter feed like the other offers he mentions and ND didn't make his "Top 5" last month. I'm 99% sure he doesn't have an offer.
