Per Rivals, he will be committing on Sept. 24th and will be looking to visit Georgia, Florida, Notre Dame and USC prior to doing so. He recently visited VT and they appear to be his leader with Tenn. and Clemson also high on his list.

The article assumes this is a VT, Clemson, USC, and Tenn. battle with no mention of ND in the article. To me it sounds like that has more to do with the writer, as there are no quotes of Jordan saying so, than it does Jordan but I guess we'll see if he ever visits.

Wiltfong singled this kid out early as a player that ND should be in it for as he places a lot of importance on education.

The greatest football player ever from Hampton Roads lists the Irish as his dream school, why not Williams? ND needs to set up an office in Bishop Sullivan and keep it staffed.

...and for what it's worth, I think Williams is going to SC.
