Yep. He has been leaning to OSU since the summer.

Bet you he replaces Raekwon McMilian and starts next year. Meyer is not afraid to start freshman MLB.

OSU's class is flat out ridiculous. Right now they have 6 guys who are 5*'s on the 247Composite. 5* Texas CB Jeff Okudah is a virtual lock to them as well.

Don't think they'll get 5* OL Trey Smith, but they are in that one.

They might lose 5* CB Shaun Wade, lots of speculation that he's been trending to BAMA and UF for awhile now.

I kinda think Trevon Grimes will wind up losing his 5th star on the 247Composite. He already lost his 5th star at 247 on their own rankings, but still a composite 5* recruit though. Just doesn't have the production to match the hype.

Tyjon Lindsey was a 5* at one time as well, but he's lost his 5th star on the 247Composite.

Even if they lose Wade, they'll get Okudah so that's a wash. Even if Grimes loses his 5th star on the composite- they'll still have 5 5*'s in the 247Composite minimum come NSD.

Absolutely insane class for Meyer. Best recruiter in the game. Even better than Saban. I only say that bc Saban is in prime talent area. Not hard to pull kids from Georgia, Florida, Texas, Louisiana when you're in that region. Meyer is getting kids from all over to come to Ohio.

Once that recruit is there though, his prior words meant nothing.

Does it Satan do the same thing? Didn't Carrol do the same thing, openly competition for spots every week in practice?

Seems to me that's what the best in the business do.

Unfortunately Kelly doesn't always play the best, most talented. He prefers seniority. Hopefully that will be completely gone now that BVG is gone.

Urban might be the best recruiter ever especially in this day in age. Getting kids to leave the south to go up to North. He plays the best player regardless or age or anything.
