And some more of it, in case you thought it was gone.

    Buchner is Brandon Wimbush, confirmed.

Dec 30 | South Carolina | Gator Bowl

Now he needs to throw 65% of his passes like that, lol

Dec 30 | South Carolina | Gator Bowl

ok, we can’t lose to this shit box team. Suck it up. Run Buch into the ground with the read option and let’s get out of here with the W. We worry anout QB’ing when Hartman is on campus

That pass right there is the problem

Dec 30 | South Carolina | Gator Bowl

It’s exactly what I said earlier in the week. Buchner with some Wow throws but the totality of the production is not good. In fact, it’s pretty fricking bad as a passer. You can’t win 10 or 11 games with a QB this inconsistent delivering the ball. He has to get better.

Awesome play by Watts. We know he can run and hit. Making plays on the ball is the next step for him to be that guy.

Dec 30 | South Carolina | Gator Bowl

The problem is he’s 3-8 (37%) for 31 yds and. 3.9 yds/att. That doesn’t win against better teams. With his legs, it likely puts us right where we are. 8-4. We need him to deliver the ball more consistently. Here’s to hoping we see that today

Dec 30 | South Carolina | Gator Bowl

The simple and mundane. Just remember that.

Dec 30 | South Carolina | Gator Bowl

First play of the game requires a side arm throw from Buch? Mmm….

    2023 Transfer QB

He's been playing on the interior and doing so very adequately for multiple years now. I have no idea how one could structure an accurate assessment of next years interior DL without him. Seems bizarre.

    2023 Transfer QB

Correct and Howard Cross has a ton of good experience playing on the interior.

    2023 Transfer QB

Maybe I'm misunderstanding what you're stating here but Howard Cross has a ton of experience. With Cross, Justin A, Nana, and Mills coming back you have, at the very least, a core of experience guys at the top of each position on the depth chart. But, again, this is what Washington is for...

'21 CA QB Tyler Buchner (ND FB -> Bama FB -> ND LAX???)

Yea, they didn't take a transfer QB because of Buch and Pyne. Then, Freeman said post OSU that "we got ourselves a QB" and Buchner proceeded to fall apart against Marshall." We're 8-4 largely because they misjudged the QB room. But, I don't think it's unicorns and rainbows to believe a once...

    Chansi Stuckey - WR Coach

Not intended to be a slight but it was purposeful as the list is about “blue chip” recruits that Stuckey will have to work with. But, yes, both Kaleb Smith’s give him even more options. A top of the depth chart of Colzie, Styles, Thomas, Smith (VT Transfer), Merriweather, and likely Greathouse...

    Chansi Stuckey - WR Coach

Similar to Rees with Hartman, time for Stuckey to really turn it up with this group. If we’re talking about BCR, next season Stuckey will have 3 4 star Junior WR’s, 1 4 star Sophomore WR, and 3 4 star Freshman WR’s. Of those 7, 5 are top 150 prospects. Of the 3 Freshman, all 3 are EE’s...

'21 CA QB Tyler Buchner (ND FB -> Bama FB -> ND LAX???)

I continue to believe this is being under appreciated by some. He completely fucked his throwing motion and has not been able to consistently deliver the ball since. A few wow plays are covering up the greater problem which is the repeatability of the simple and mundane. Now, I still believe...

    2023 Transfer QB

Not sure there is an adjective to describe the type of increase in talent level that is. It's by far the best collection of talent Rees has had to work with. My excitement level would be through the roof but so would my expectations, lol.

    2023 Transfer QB

Would be one of the all-time roster management blunders to have Card end up at Purdue and still miss on the rest of the top of board guys as well. Don't see that as a realistic possibility. So, I'm with you. This must be locked up.

2022 Bowl Game Prediction Poll: (21) Notre Dame vs. (19) South Carolina

You can’t use the excuse that you lost your starting QB which is why the team went 8-4. Then use the same excuse when you get that QB back. Folks are looking for too many excuses for these losses. Good news is Notre Dame won't be. ND is substantially more talented than South Carolina and...
