    Tommy Rees - Offensive Coordinator

    Yea, that's crazy talk.

    Tommy Rees - Offensive Coordinator

I have to disagree on this. Spring Ball is an incredible time to account for new scheme or playbook install because there is nothing else to get ready for. The last week or two of Fall Camp is getting into opponent specific gameplans. If we are to have both new coordinators, it would be very...

    Tommy Rees - Offensive Coordinator

I'm mean, both coordinators leaving after a below expectations season says all coaches want to coach alongside Freeman? We'll see how the hires turn out. I imagine they'll do quite well, because it's Notre Dame. But, I'd be lying if I didn't say this still looks like first year HC still a...

I want good football coaches, full stop. Leonard is a good football coach and if Freeman thought he was worth it last year and he thinks he is this year then let's make it happen. On a separate note, the significance of Freeman getting these hires right cannot be understated. As recently...

So, O'Leary and HH would be the last assistants on staff from the #FBK era? And, HH was hired back after BK left and seemingly was a Rees hire. Well, this would be Freeman's shot to remake the entire program in his image. I think this is what some wanted. Time to make it happen.

I'm right there with you. If we're prepared to make him the highest paid coordinator in the country, maybe we should take a step back and see who else we could get for that kind money.

And, went into the season with him as the back-up knowing full well of Buch's injury history. Going as far as to turn down interest from transfer QB's. Rees made that bed. But, I still want him back to see what he can do with this personnel.

This sure would be something else. Tommy finally gets the QB he should have recruited years ago but decides to leave before ever coaching the guy, lol.

You'd know better than I. I haven't even watched highlights of his, lol. Speaking more so from a hype and rankings perspective. 5 star, top 20 prospect with Olympic aspirations is an insane land for South Carolina.

Massive is an understatement, how Oregon did not buy this one is incredible. I for sure thought he'd go to Nike U for the dollars and track and field notoriety.

'24 TX CB Leonard Moore (Notre Dame Signee)

Very reasonable. I still say that it's so early in the cycle that most boards have likely not expanded like they will in the Spring/Summer time. Maybe by that time, this looks like a way too early take. Regardless, I think it's just the perfect kind of recruiting for Freeman. Where Kelly...

'24 TX CB Leonard Moore (Notre Dame Signee)

Well, I don't think they need to do anything as of January 31st, 2023. I think they want too. Big difference but because he's a 3 star you seem unwilling to accept that possibility.

'24 TX CB Leonard Moore (Notre Dame Signee)

Agreed, I think this is just very smart recruiting. Fill your base needs with quality players and profile fits. Then you can take the rest of the cycle looking for an "elite" guy for a 3rd spot.

Said recruit, not currently committed anywhere, is re-opening his recruitment. That’ll never make sense to me but each their own.

I haven’t seen anything about scheduled visits. But, Loy seems to indicate UGA and UF could be two since those are recent offers. https://247sports.com/college/notre-dame/Article/Five-Star-DT-Justin-Scott-Postponing-Commitment-Announcement-Notre-Dame-Football-Crystal-Ball-203595515/Amp/
