Well, he clearly doesn’t recruit to Freeman’s standard and it’s on public record that he requires the most help from other staff members in recruiting. It also probably doesn’t help that Denbrock publicly criticized the WR group in a presser this spring.

You can certainly see the speed in his film. He’s only 5’9” so I’d be interested to see how Denbrock uses him.

USC is doing shady business with their recruiting. Basically legally binding their recruits to their commitments.

I didn’t see anyone bring up Cole Mullins, but he’s at 6’5”, 270 as a RS freshman. Seems like a good size and could be ready for real minutes. I remember Prister liked him a lot during fall camp last year.

I’m pretty confident that Carr will have the best arm talent we’ve had in quite some time. Leonard’s mobility was nice, but I don’t think it’ll be necessary with our running backs and OL.

Malachi Fields wearing 0 is interesting. You can’t wear 0 and stink, so the pressure is on him to perform.
