    2023 Fall Camp

At least one of those targetings was a terrible call.

Agree. Sometimes I don't know what people are watching...but I often wonder this when it comes to the casual fan...

I would sign up for that.

    Superconferences & Realignment

Good work! See, that's my biggest current issue. The ND needs to play games in the south for recruiting purposes. That's the biggest difference between their current setup and being stuck in the current Big 10. If the Big 10 went out and got some teams in Florida, Georgia, the Carolinas, and...

    Superconferences & Realignment

I honestly don't know what to root for here. I think, just naturally, I like the carnage, excitement, and change of it all. But taking a step back, I wonder what would be best for ND in the long run? Stay independent and be a 5 seed at best? Stay independent and get revenue you don't have to...

ND's Talking Heads ... The good, bad & ugly

I personally like the chippiness as long as they are friends after. A major college program SHOULD have some of this. They are competitive dudes. My best teams hated to lose a single rep in practice, would talk smack and every once in a while, even fight. My worst teams were all too nice and...

    Superconferences & Realignment

With what looks like the demise of the PAC10, and ACC teams not being happy about their TV deal, what do you think would have to happen to make ND decide to join a league? Like which dominos would have to fall?

    Superconferences & Realignment

Agree with a lot of this and good work, but it probably makes more sense geographically to switch Notre Dame and Iowa. I get that ND would like to keep Stanford and USC for west coast recruiting, so there is that.

Exactly! I think his development of QBs has been very good!

    2023 Fall Camp

Two thoughts. Great news if true. Backup QB scares the crap out if me. Hartman being ready doesn't. Secondly, I don't believe a stinking thing from the lying mouths of On3.

Gerad Parker - Troy Head Coach :)

Good thread, but I have to disagree with part of this comment. You already said you don't believe it yourself, but Clark has done a heck of a job already at Vandy without Elko. Personally, my two favorite coaches out there, Non ND, are Clark and Elko. I think they are both top notch. I have...

    Tommy Rees - Offensive Coordinator

Agree that he still has a lot to learn, and he will. As far as those two games go, you are only as good as your o line. If you win up front, anything you call works. If you lose up front, nothing you call works. Simple as that.

    Tommy Rees - Offensive Coordinator

Agree, and I know that's the only thing the hater crowd can point to...or...he's being genuine and it's true. Saban has never been one to be excessive with praise. I think everyone will see...

    Tommy Rees - Offensive Coordinator

I'm telling you guys...Tommy is a way bigger loss than you think. I think he was/is very, very good. It now appears Nick agrees with what I've been saying.

'24 CA LB Kyngstonn Viliamu-Asa (Notre Dame Signee)

Barring an act of God a la Manti, I don't see this one happening for the Irish.

'18 SC QB Sam Hartman (Notre Dame Transfer)

I enjoyed how he carved up Clemson. Meant more seeing him do it against one of our top 3 opponents.

    Tommy Rees - Offensive Coordinator

Not sure all the Tommy hate, actually. The only thing I can think of is armchair quarterbacks critiquing things they don't understand. Tommy is actually quite good, IMO. Some of his play designs are next level. Did he ever call a perfect game? No, who does? And he's still young. You learn...
