Who is defined as a blue chip prospect? Is it a 4 star or higher? The dichotomy should be Top 100 prospects honestly. Bama, OSU, UGA, OU, etc. all land an outsized portion of the top 100 prospects. That's what really vaults a team into playoff/natty contention.
