All very true. Whatever the case may be though, my point was just that ND needs to say more than “Ridder” to seal the deal. I know Tommy had to say more than “Book” to sell the Carr’s, as that’s not a huge feather in his cap. Sure it’s a feather, but not the one that sold them originally.

I don't know how Gino will do at ND. He seems to be a pretty good QB coach. Really nothing more, nothing less. But whatever the case, he, and Gimmy Parkhard, are going to have to point to a lot more than "Desmond Ridder" as the reason Carr should come to ND. Gino wasn't even the coordinator...
