Even with that commitment, we are in the NIL era, so it doesn't mean as much. You have to constantly be monitoring to ensure her name hasn't shown up in the transfer portal.

In some areas of the globe, marriage contracts have an expiration date.

Imagine actually being in the last year of your marriage contract and knowing your spouse has other options… but then also knowing your friends and everyone else knows your wife could potentially be a free agent.
