Jackson Coleman picked up an offer earlier in April and recently made it to Notre Dame for an unofficial visit. Coleman is a bigger wide receiver and runs a 10.67 100M. His track speed shows up in his tape. He shows a great ability of understanding coverages and knows when to sit on his route in zone. Coleman would be a solid foundational add, as the staff hopes to land other receivers like Julius Jones and others.

I’m not saying he’s Jeremiah Smith but I think this kids film is exceptional. His quickness and fluidity at that size is rare. I like him more than Cade Cooper.

Different types of wrs. Cooper i think can be man ball X. Coleman can play field and is a little smooth

Plays a lot like Alec Pierce. A lot of people are going to look at him and say "white dude" and assume he's not super athletic. He's very athletic and fluid for his size and if you sleep on him he'll run right by you.

prolly not a great comp, but I got Will Fuller vibes watching his tape. Does a pretty good job tracking the deep ball and was sneaky tough to tackle. Looks like he's not extremely polished route running, but the measurables and speed are reasons to take a flyer on that.

He’s got some Charlie Tweeder to his game. I wonder if he drinks beer…because Tweeder drank beer.

Seems like the “get your spot now” pushes have gone out across the board

This is a kid who’s going to end up a fringe 4 star at worst. Oregon and Miami aren’t recruiting nobodies at WR.

6-3, 195 with speed?

This seems like the type of dude ND doesn’t press for early enough, then he goes elsewhere and has a nice career. I like this.
