You couldn’t say a video depicting the Obama’s as apes was racist. You won’t pass judgement on Trump’s involvement with Epstein. You won’t cast judgement on Trump’s 1M job revisions. Those are all layups to at least have an opinion on.

So you tell me, which set of rules are we playing by, the ones that are following the legal definitions of actions, or a lesser evidentiary standard such as the arena of public opinion. I’m game for either, but you can’t hide behind legal standards for one item but not the others.

Just like Ivana Trump conveniently died from falling down stairs days before her family members were supposed to testify in court about Donald Trump's organization, this lone witness to the killing of Ruben Ray Martinez, a U.S. Citizen, by ICE officers on San Padre Island last March (so really, the first person killed by ICE and only reported in the last month, almost a year later as ICE was sitting on this all this time) died in a "separate car accident" over the weekend by losing control of his car which hit a pole. How convenient since he as planning to formally sign a statement (conflicting with the DHS version of events which claimed Martinez was trying to run over a Federal agent vs. simply trying to move his truck as he was instructed to do by officers) and assist with further inquiries into the incident before he was killed over the weekend. Sounds like another witness who was "Trump'd."

Ruben Ray Martinez Update: Passenger in ICE Shooting Dies in Car Crash

A preliminary San Antonio police report said the person (why aren't they just saying it was Orta?) behind the wheel was driving “at a high rate of speed” when he attempted to exit the highway and lost control of the vehicle. Orta’s stepfather confirmed he was involved in the accident to the Times.

According to a NY Times report of the crash over the weekend, "Mr. Orta died in a fiery car crash at around 1 a.m. on Saturday when he lost control of the vehicle he was driving and struck a utility pole. The car caught on fire and Mr. Orta died before the three other people in the car, including a stepsister, were able to pull him out, Mr. Arriaga said. The crash over the weekend had no connection to the shooting last March.

This could definitely happen (car fire kills driver), but WHY aren't there additional reports/interviews with these car passengers to corroborate this story? If you google this crash, you simple get the same controlled "preliminary San Antonio police report" repeatedly. And I'm sure now, we'll never hear another word about this crash again, just like after Kirk's death and Trump's would be "assassin" was killed.
