I agree that president doesn't have the authority but there has got to be a few uber security clearance guys out there that can go anywhere they want.

Another good choice would be Denard Robinson. I'd buy a lottery ticket, play in the WSOP, put 50k on a 40-1 longshot at a horse race, wrestle a grizzly bear, and close my eyes while throwing a tear drop pass downfield with the game on the line, all producing positive results of course.........
