Have to agree with Buster here. Posu fans are the worst. Outside of the two catholic high schools in the city here which are nationally recruited (St. Ignatius and St. Ed), these hayseeds consider it a felony to follow a school other than the Buckturds. So much arrogance, so much contempt for others. The funny part is that these jaggoffs commit major violations and they're actually able to defend it in their own little pee-stewing minds. It's brain numbing....

and yes, my experience with tOSU fans is that they and Bama fans are total and complete opposites of Nebraska fans...
tOSU definately has one of the worst bases in sports imo...

Dude...hang in there...it won't happen real fast, but I bet faster than it did at FL. Urbie will implode...he'll come out of the gate fast, deliver some BiG championships etc, but then he will do something that has tOSU fans crying, bewildered, and lost.
its a form of masturbation for psychopaths to do that to people...so when they are at their highest...just chuckle because they'll have a long way to fall...

well...I grew up in Joepaland...
That was tough, but there were at least two or three kids between my and my brother's friends who were Irish. Not enough to actually help...but still...they were there.
Now...well, I'm near another place they call Happy Valley (Provo, UT)...they actually love us at the moment for coming to their aid when they went indy. Of course the other dominant football school, the runin' Utes have nothing at all to say...I wonder why.
I get to wear my gear, Fly my flag...no ND guys really around...but no one giving me crap.

Unlike Penn State, Michigan, Texas, etc....Ohio State has actually been elite good consistently lately. Really good. Like stupid-f*cking good for a decade.
It's a program that used to have "Senator Tressel" and then the moment he was exposed everyone turned into the biggest hypocrite in college football. So the arrogance of previous seasons turned into a hypocritical arrogance last season. It was just the worst.
Then Karma came and delivered them a 6-7 season and what happens? Freaking Urban Meyer. Is there no justice in this world???
I feel your pain man. Sucks having to listen to all the buckeye fans every year

Not sure if you know, but the Notre Dame club of Lee County meets every Saturday at Ron Dao's on McGregor blvd to watch the ND games. They reserve the entire back of the bar for the club. I used to go all the time before I moved to Phoenix. You should check it out, it's pretty cool.

From what I've seen it's in Williamsport.
Though I do have my daughter trained to the point where when she see's the nittany lion symbol she starts screaming out boo penn state.

Life is so much better for a ND fan, when ND is great. I grew up in Chicago,went to college in San Antonio, lived in Orange County, outside of Atlanta and now reside in Tucson. The Big 10 fans are not like the Texas or SEC fans. Football in the SE, is a religion. There is a reason they play CFB on Saturdays. It's so they will go to church on Sunday. U$C fans are like the people of Southern California. Completely fake and leased to the max. Arrogant is being nice. I can still pick out an U$C alum, within 3 minutes of talking to them. As bad as Michigan fans can be, the U$C fans are worse.

I Know Neuman well...had it not been for living out in the sticks, I would have ended up there. Too easy to get on a bus to public school.
And I swear I know that bar...I believe thats where we carted off 6 packs when we were less than the required age.
Is Joey's still there...was one of my favorites. How about Franko's??...mmmm, Foood!
Anyway, I'm 43. Left in '95, just wasn't anything technical to do back then. Totally different deal these days from what I hear...its good for the folks back there...was far too long a stagnant economy...just proud of the folks that had the fortitude to hang on...
