That's what happens when you commit to a school like ND for 6 months only to decommit then apparently drop them completely.

Same thing with Shaq Thompson complaining about the media, welcome to the real world.

I read this 3 times.... and i think he's right, now... but i also would recommend not playing football at all.... seems like he's a very sensitive kid, probably too soft to play big boy football. Stick to running in circles its safer.

He is absolutely right. We all need to worry about things that truly matter in our lives. I am as guilty as any of us, but man we hang on the decisions of these kids too much. He will go to school somewhere, and good luck to him either way.

What about teachers, coaches, counselors and parents? at 17 or 18 what do you really know about the world that surrounds you? Not a whole helluva' lot.... a more educated person would try to separate "hype" from truth and logic.

Some kids just don't value the education part of the college experience.

Not exactly what I meant, I meant to quote clark_jones' post. Ultimately the decision should fall to the kid with the insight of his family/coaches (immediate people they trust to have their best interests in mind). I was talking more about people on the internet.
